PANDORO

Pandoro is a typical Veronese dessert most popular, first of all, around Christmas and New Year. The process of preparation of pandoro is particularly complicated. It's soft, has golden color and vanilla flavor. Pandoro doesn't have candied fruit and raisins, and it's sold with powdered sugar stored in a separate small bag that should be poured on the cake after opening.
