YELLOW SEMI DRIED TOMATOES

DEFINITION:
A rare type of Piennolo Vesuviano yellow cherry tomatoes, cut in half, dried and seasoned with salt, garlic, basil, and preserved in oil. They content vitamins three times higher than red tomatoes.

USE:
These tomatoes are used with salads, fish dishes, seafood, sauces, risotto, and as decoration for Asian cuisine. They are ideal for spaghetti with clams.
