After meeting with Jolanda de Colò, an international leader in the processing of cured meat alternative to pork, and with the support of of first-class canned food manufacturer, Ristoris, and the Ligurian olive oil farmer Oleificio Raineri, new opportunities have risen for Schiaffini that permits him to gain access to government clients and state structures - such as the Kremlin, the Central Bank, Aeroflot. The Dolce and Salato supplier group has grown over time and includes brands such as Riso Acquerello, Frantoio Franci, Pastificio Gentile di Gragnano.
